I tried getting back into this game but this time using Steam. While it's in my library, I have played before, it won't recognize my account. Support is a joke as it's all automated and leads to nowhere at all. A shame since this USED to be such a good game.

Game is really good, clearly by my hours, however i would NOT get it off steam. Trying to get the account to work is a STRUGGLE everytime I want to renew my subscription. ALSO its a subscription game.

just bought this game, i did not receive the confirmation key code to play this game, i have contacted steam and Square Enix for help with no success. i tried to get a refund and this game is undefendable, they literally stole money from me.

I haven't even played the game yet but the login system is so unbelievably infuriating this game gets a dislike.

Sucks that if i would just played the free trial version, i could keep playing up to until the lastest expansion. but since i bought this a long time ago i cant play without paying a sub, even tho im super behind, and free trial users get to play free further.

redownloaded the game, go to log in, says my login is incorrect, i go to the account info and update password, use new password game says password is incorrect. triple checked it and still says its incorrect, they need to figure their system out so the game can be played

I would love continue playing this if I could. I've been locked out due to their weird rules on registering accounts and steam IDs. Seems to be a known issue, but I guess this isn't an issue if you just never stop playing this game to begin with.
