Unfortunatelly modifications Empire at War Remake 4.0 have bad battle clarity and 5.0 is buggy as hell. So maybe in few years. Otherwise yeah you can play the the Original, but honestly why there are much better space RTS outthere like Solaris, Sins of Solare Empire or Homeworld.

Mods are unstable, once started the game works fine but it keeps crashing if you're trying to use any on the mods. I bought this game to play those mods specifically.
