Horrific levels of desync in multiplayer

This game is broken online. Persistent desyncs with friends in different places and aiming in the wrong directions. Crashes. And they have not fixed any issues since launch. Do not get if you plan on playing with friends.

Cant play 50% of the missions in online mode because it instantly crashes after/during loading. Tried to turn down a few of the settings and now it's a coin flip wether or not the game crashes during game slot selection or not.
