The Siren fight is great, but the rest of the game is a huge step down from Hades 1. The writing and enemy design are subpar (fighting outhouses and sundials without the first game's my fav mechanics: hits eliminating projectiles & deflect), and the dialogue falls completely flat…

Great game on many fronts, but I found my self skipping most of the dialog - which does not seem on par with the rest of the game. Don't get me started on the ending... Everything but the writing and character writing was top-tier.
