literally nerfs characters into the ground. buffs no-skill characters beyond fairness. Chinese devs can't grasp the concept of a "fair match" hence EOMM.

i haven't seen a game with a worse matchmaking system in my life, every game feels like it's coinflip who will have less sucky people on the team. No balance whatsoever in the matchmaking.
