Disappointing, doesn't have the repetitive gameplay loop previous civ games did. Gave it an honest try.

Played it at launch, was garbage, Played it 1.5 years later, still garbage. Its just not a good civ game, play Civ 5 or Civ 6 instead.

It's just boring. Comparing with previous games, the whole gameplay became too blant. But somehow they managed to make it more complicated and less obvious by simplifing the interfcace and hiding lot of important information from you.

I just cannot recommend this civ. I have played them since civ 2 and they have done some truly mind baffling decisions in this game and it's will frustrate the hell out of you.

I wouldn't waste your money on this game. Nothing like 6, tedious boring and really disappointed coming from Civ 6. I bought the game with expansions was way excited to play it only to be extremely disappointed with game play. A complete waste of 60$
