Wanna get into spriting or pixel art? Aseprite has it all: intuitive, powerful, and designed by passionate devs with features you will absolutely want. It's even lightweight and performance efficient on the software engineering side of things. I can't recommend this enough.

Probably the best program(at the very least at this price range) for drawing and animating pixel art, also super cheap and optimized. I really reccomend it.
