Its a Must have if you have the time to use it tho just be sure to remember what menus your in you can get confused backing out of some menus

One thing you must do is go to Steam menu, OVR Advanced settings, go to Motion, and make sure the left hand or right hand drag are checked, otherwise this won't work at all. Also recommend choosing a community binding that is popular to your game.

OVRAS is in absolute MUST have for PCVR (my hours should mean something lol). This allows you to move via controller keybinds within your playspace without having to physically move. Works well with other playspace based add-ons like Standable too!
