Great game, you don't need the DLCs to enjoy the game. Although it has a very steep learning curve. If you want the upmost efficiency, you need to think outside of the box. Addons make the game also interesting.

How this game has 89% is beyond me. Controls are teribble, UX is non-existant, UI looks like from the game from 2000s. You play this more like AI slop game not something human made. For City builders fans i recomend you to stay away from this game
