Recommend if you want a big pirate game. Do not recommend if you hate bad dev choices, PvP, or FOMO. This game used to be my favorite, but after what Rare has been doing i can not feel the same about that statement at all.

Unfortunate this game is dying, it has amazing potential. It's difficult to learn, but I recommend solo slooping to try to learn. You're going to sink. You're going to run into losers chasing you across the map for hours at a time. It's unfortunately just the game.
